Today (3/6/2010) I made a Strong Stout and as with the previous 2 brews this is a potential CBA Skipton entry. The brew day went to plan in glorious sunshine, and there's 50ltrs of strong black stuff in the fv.
Pictures as follows, the grist, the mash and the HERMS mash recirc. Next week I have another brew lined up, hopefully I can get the stout to vacate the fv in time
